Askadvocates.in is built within the carve-out to BCI Rule 36. Your listing is free. There are no "tier" upsells, no "featured" slots, no paid lead packs. Your profile shows factual information — BCI enrollment, courts you appear before, areas of practice, languages, and contact — and clients reach you directly.
How you can earn on the platform
- Paid Q&A.Users post questions and pay the platform; we route the question to a matching advocate. You receive 60% of the user's payment after tax.
- Consultations. Users book a video, phone, or in-person slot. Users pay your professional fee directly via Razorpay; the platform charges users a flat ₹100 service fee for the booking tech.
What you can't do here
- Pay for higher placement or "featured" status.
- Display testimonials, star ratings, or win rates.
- Use words like "best", "leading", "expert", "specialist".
Saving profile content runs through a BCI-rule moderator. Flagged copy is highlighted so you can rewrite it factually before save.
